Application for Full Membership – International Guild of Master Bomb Technicians

General Instructions

This page is designed to begin the application process for acceptance into the Guild of Master Bomb Technicians as a Full Member. Full Membership is intended for practicing or former bomb technicians seeking the Guild’s core credential of Certified Master Bomb Technician (CMBT). If this is not your intent, or you do not meet the qualifications below, IGMBT encourages you to seek one of our other membership levels.

Once submitted, your application will be reviewed and you will be asked to submit verification of credentials and/or attestation to experience. You will also be asked to sign a pledge to adhere to the Guild’s Code-of-Ethics. Please remember that membership is not automatic, and failure to provide required documents will result in rejection of your application.

Operational Qualification	Are you a current or former nationally recognized operational bomb-technician (military or civilian)?
Operational Status	Do you have 5 years verifiable full-time EOD or bomb-squad service, or 1,000 cumulative operational hours?
Operational Classification	What is your current operational status?
Operational Affiliation	Country and organization(s) for which you perform(ed) bomb disposal duties.
Guild Ethics and Standards	Are you willing to abide by the Guild's Code-of-Ethics and uphold Guild Standards?
