Application for Student/Trainee Membership

This page is designed to begin the application process for acceptance into the Guild of Master Bomb Technicians as a Student/Trainee Member. Student/trainee membership is intended for individuals currently enrolled in an EOD/bomb disposal training program recognized by the Guild.

Please email membership@igmbt.org to express your interest in joining the guild as an Student/Trainee Member, and provide us with responses to the following:

  • Can you provide proof of enrolment in an accredited bomb-technician course, or military EOD school?
  • Please identify, by name and by country, the training program you are undergoing.
  • Please provide contact information for the school or training program.

Once submitted, your responses will be reviewed and you may be asked to provide verification of verification of enrollment in a recognized program, and you will be asked to sign a pledge to adhere to the Guild’s Code-of-Ethics. Please remember that membership is not automatic, and failure to provide required documents will result in rejection of your application.
